Mon 31st Mar  -- Haydock Island M6  --  Common Buzzard over.

                              Sankey Valley, NLW  -- Jay.

                              Penkford Flash  -- 19 Teal.

                            

Sun 30th Mar  --  Mossborough Hall area  -- 2 Common Buzzards distant, 5 male Tree Sparrows,  a total 11 Red-legged Partridges.

 

Sat 29th Mar  --  Eccleston Mere -- Drake Common Scoter still being reported.

 

Fri 28th Mar  --  Sankey Valley, NLW  --  Great Spotted Woodpecker.

 

Wed 26th Mar -- Eccleston Mere -- Drake Common Scoter, 2 Little Gulls, 2 Grey Wagtail.

                             Carr Mill Dam  --  3 Sand Martin.

 

Tues 25th Mar -- Eccleston Mere -- Drake Common Scoter also 2 adult winter Little Gulls.     

                              Newton Lake  --   2 Gadwall, 23 Tufted Duck, 24 Teal, 2 Canada Geese, 3 Mute Swans.

                              Penkford Flash  -- 14 Teal,   Penkford Bridge - 1 Mute Swan on canal , 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker.  

 

Mon 24th Mar -- Eccleston Mere -- Drake Common Scoter.

 

Sun 23rd Mar -- Eccleston Mere -- Drake Common Scoter.

 

Tue 18th Mar -- Wagon Lane, Sankey Valley --  f Bullfinch, Common Buzzard, Yellowhammer, 2 Jays.

 

Sun 16th Mar -- Wagon Lane, Sankey Valley -- Yellowhammer, 3 Jays,  f Bullfinch.

 

Fri 14th Mar  -- St Helens Town Centre -- Peregrine.

                           Sankey Valley, NLW  --  Grey Wagtail, Kestrel.

 

Thu 13th Mar -- Newton Road, Parr -- Common Buzzard looking over towards the tip.

 

Tue 11th Mar -- Sankey Valley, NLW -- 2 Stock Dove.

 

Sat 8th Mar --   Newton le Willows -- 2 Common Buzzard's overhead.

                          Wagon Lane, Sankey Valley -- Bullfinch, 2 Coal Tit.

 

Thu 6th Mar --  Sankey Valley, NLW -- 9 Pied Wagtails in horse field together, could possibly have been more.

                           Penkford Flash  -- 21 Teal.

 

Sun 2nd Mar -- Mossborough Hall area -- 40+ Fieldfare, 40+ Redwing , Red-legged Partridge, Grey Partridge, Tree Sparrow.

 

Sat 1st Mar --  Coopers Lane, Sankey Valley -- Goldcrest.
