 who will co-ordinate and summarise all the bird records from St Helens and then forward them to the local county recorder.

 - Haydock  --  A large skein of Pink-footed Geese over this morning at 8-45am heading South East. 
 - Wagon Lane, Haydock, Sankey Valley  --  1 Kestrel,  1 Jay. 
 Fri 17th Oct  - Dairy Farm Road / Old Coach Road  --  2000 Pink-footed Geese,  1 Barnacle Goose (poss different to one on 5th Oct). 
 - Jackson St, Fingerpost   --  1 Buzzard over quite low being mobbed by a couple of gulls. 
 - Haydock  --  Three skeins of Pink-footed Geese over haydock this morning, total around 150  at 7.15am.   
 - Penkford Flash, NLW (viewed from the bridge)  --  7 Teal,  4 Grey Heron,  2 Grey Wagtail. 
 - Penkford Bridge  --  150 followed by 240 Pink-footed Geese over Earlestown heading towards Nine Arches at 3.20pm.
 - Nine Arches, NLW  --  2 Common Buzzard,  1 Sparrowhawk.

 - Havannah Flash, Sankey Valley  --  15 Canada Geese over at 7.00am.
